The AMP Centre is jointly owned by the Australian Core Property Portfolio (ACPP) and the AMP Capital Wholesale Office Fund (AWOF).

ACPP is a $4.5 billion direct property portfolio with investments in 43 office, retail and industrial assets, held either directly or through investment in the AMP Capital Wholesale Office Fund or the AMP Capital Shopping Centre Fund. The portfolio is a component of AMP Life's Statutory Fund No.2 and has 30 Australian superannuation funds as investors. With a focus on quality property and blue-chip lease covenants, ACPP aims to provide strong risk-adjusted performance, with income and capital growth over the long-term.

AWOF is a sector specific, unlisted unit trust with a $2.7 billion portfolio of 13, high-quality office assets in Australia and New Zealand. AWOF's inception was in 2004 and is open to institutional investors only. Unitholders include domestic and international superannuation/pension funds, government institutions and AMP Life.
